Time is a finite resource, and most business owners would like to use it either focusing on their businesses, or on enjoying the fruits of the labors gained from their hard work.

However, getting to do either one is a challenge that grows from day to day, whether it is simply meeting the general obligations of maintaining the business structure, employee issues, or compliance with an ever-growing body of government regulations and mandates.  You could figure it out yourself, but getting any of it wrong will often mean an even greater investment of time and energy, and more than likely, fines and fees that will require you to work even harder.  I want to help business owners spend more time on their business, and devote less time and energy to the obligations imposed on them by others.

Helping people enjoy the fruits of their labors also means helping them to plan for what should be done with their assets when they pass away.  This is a sensitive topic for many people, because it means considering their mortality, or because it means making difficult decisions about how to treat loved ones because of strained relationships, or difficult circumstances.  While these issues cause people to put off estate planning, sometimes until it is too late, I have helped people confront these issues, and plan accordingly with both compassion and wisdom, and find a measure of peace because they have done something that will help ease the transition for the ones they will leave behind.

Finally, I understand that law can be intimidating.  The jargon and terminology often seems like a different language, and when you are handed pages and pages of it in the form of a contract, a lease, or a Summons and Complaint, it can seem overwhelming.  I can help you make sense of it all, by explaining the terms and pointing out the issues that you should be concerned about and the parts that aren't really issues at all.

Let me put my experience and knowledge to work for you, so you can concentrate on more important things.
